What you'll do as a Technical Business Analyst

• Oversees automation & workflow for the company by meeting with business sponsors and the executive leadership team to carry out strategic initiatives
• Technical problem solving, critical thinking, workflow analysis, user training, systems testing, system design, project management and data analytics

• Works with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translates to user stories which will be carried out by the Innovation team
• Constructs charts and diagrams to document system design; studies system capabilities; writes specifications.
• Proactively researches new technologies; informed on industry changes in automation practices
• Implements projects using SCRUM methodologies practiced by the Innovation team
• Assists with user acceptance testing on new technologies to ensure performance standards are met.

What you need as a Technical Business Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) preferably in Business, Technical or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, data analysis, project management, change management, or similar role on an automation based team
• 1-2 years' programming experience in SQL, HTML, Java, .Net or related technology
• Working on a SCRUM or agile team environment
