What you'll do as a Service Supervisor

Tech Electronics is looking to hire a Service Supervisor. The primary function of the Service Supervisor is to manage a team of Fire Alarm and building technologies inspectors.

• Engage, educate, and ensure team members education and certification
• Successfully drive the service inspection business operations for field employees
• Promote a positive culture to achieve quality goals
• Achieve profitable business results
• Engage internal and external customers with positive results
• Ensures tools and vehicle fleet readiness for the field inspection team
• Ensure Health and Safety of team members through education and audits
• Select, Hire, Train, and develop new employees
• Provide other activities as assigned by the manager

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED
• 3+ years of experience with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of Fire Alarm and Building Technology experience
• 1+ year of supervisory experience ideally leading a union-represented workforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or greater
• NICET II or greater
• Ability to read and understand customer service contracts
