What you'll do as a Service Dispatcher

• Dispatches all service requests to the appropriate technician based on, location of available resources, knowledge of the site and/or equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining communication with the customer and field technician to ensure all parties are aware of the scheduled arrival times
• Maintains a sense of ownership of the service queue and customer's service calls

• Acts as a point of contact for technicians to requests parts, rescheduling, support documents or communication relevant to completing the call

What you need as a Service Dispatcher

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Two years call center or dispatching experience
• One year experience using computer systems, including MS Office.
• Customer service & strong communication skills
