In this position you would be responsible for discovering opportunities, designing and estimating the system, demonstrating and presenting the proposals and closing the sale, utilizing the Tech Sales process. You will be working with voice systems that include Mitel on premise, hosted solutions and cloud based voice solutions. 

Essential Functions

• Generates, qualifies and follows up on leads for the enterprise.
• Conducts sales according to the Tech sales methodology.
• Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers.
• Develops and delivers sales presentations and system demonstrations in a professional and effective manner.
• Closes sales and achieves monthly sales quotas as defined by the Directors of Business Development.
• Keeps the Directors of Business Development informed of all activity, including timely preparation of required reports.
• Attends and participates in the sales training program provided or required by the Director of Business Development.
• Attends tradeshows, conferences and seminars as required.
• Works with other sales staff to cross generate leads.
• Maintains product knowledge and sales expertise for assigned systems.
• Addresses customer issues and assures customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees and managers to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity and continued improvement.
