Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates and supporting the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying talent and collaborating with various departments to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

Recruitment Process:

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with relevant stakeholders.

Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding Support:

Assist in the development and execution of onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.

Coordinate with departments to prepare necessary resources and training for new employees.

Monitor and evaluate the onboarding experience, making improvements as needed.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to HR leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
Physical Requirements:
