Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates and supporting the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying talent and collaborating with various departments to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

• Recruitment Process:

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with relevant stakeholders.

  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.

• Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.

  • Coordinate with departments to prepare necessary resources and training for new employees.

  • Monitor and evaluate the onboarding experience, making improvements as needed.

• Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to HR leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• May require occasional travel to job fairs or recruitment events.
