JOB DESCRIPTION

 Tech Electronics is looking to hire a Field Service Supervisor. The primary function of the Field Service Supervisor is to manage a small team of Fire Alarm Technicians and Inspectors while also being able to assist either the technicians or inspectors. This is a hybrid position with both office and field activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage, educate, and ensure team members education and certification to meet Tech Electronics needs
• Successfully drive Service T&M, Contracts and Repair
• Manage small repair quotes
• Promote a positive culture to achieve quality goals
• Achieve profitable business results
• Engage internal and external customers with positive results
• Ensures tools and vehicle fleet readiness for the team
• Ensure Health and Safety of team members through education and audits
• Select, Hire, Train, and develop new employees
• Provide other activities as assigned by the Director

Basic Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED 
• 3+ years of experience with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of Fire Alarm and Building Technology experience
• Fire Alarm NICET II or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Associate degree or greater
• 1 or more years of supervising employees
• Ability to read and understand customer service contracts
