What you'll do as an End-Point Systems Specialist

• Provides "in-person" and/or telephone support to all PC users for all technical or usability problems or questions that arise within the corporation
• Responsible for laptop, desktop, iPad, Android, and Smartphone configuration, distribution, and support
• Prepares equipment, configures software, delivers, and sets up equipment for new employees. Ensures network connectivity and basic user training. Responsible for removal of equipment and ending accounts for terminations
• Responsible for IT Asset Management database; identifying, tagging, and tracking all computing equipment, serial numbers, responsible users, etc.

• Provides Help Desk support to the corporation. Receives and logs calls. Provides advice, tips, and corrective action to users
• Manages, applies upgrades, and repairs the systems used for managing the end-point environments

What you need as an End-Point Systems Specialist

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent
• Two years software experience in: DOS, Windows/XP/2003/Windows7/2008/2012, Microsoft Office/Windows, Apple IOS, Android, Active Directory
• Two years User Support experience
• Two years hardware experience with: Assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PCs and related hardware
• Two years network experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
