Demand Generation Manager Position Overview

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of lead generation efforts to promote our brand, technologies, and services. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create and implement effective strategies that drive lead creation across all markets, channels, and regions. Additionally, this role entails generating leads utilizing data and analytics to measure and improve performance, as well as maintaining and updating marketing qualified leads.

Functions of the Demand Generation Manager

  • Initiate and execute lead generation campaigns using a multi-channel approach, including phone calls, social media outreach, and email marketing.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies that align with the company's target demographic and objectives to engage and nurture leads, with a focus on converting prospects into marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Research and identify target markets and new strategies to create impactful programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities and enhance the effectiveness of the program.
  • Lead and collaborate with the team to develop dynamic prospect lists based on targeted criteria
  • Regularly track and report progress for team members
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on lead generation efforts, including metrics, conversion rates, and the quality of leads generated.
  • Stay up to date with the latest lead generation trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant telemarketing laws and regulations in all outreach activities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5 years' experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or a related sales and marketing role.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, and lead management tools.
  • Knowledge of telemarketing laws and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret & report data and generate actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
