Contracts Project Billing Specialist
POSITION OVERVIEW
Creates, maintains, and performs billings for all customer contracts and projects.
Essential Functions
- Handles customer inquiries relative to miscellaneous invoicing.
- Processes all project billing through database.
- Bills customer according to the terms of submission.
- Answers all questions and inquiries regarding project billing as requested by the customer, salesperson, and/or project manager.
- Prepares and completes all forms that may be required to be submitted with customer invoice to include but not limited to AIA forms, lien waivers, certified payroll, etc.
- Provides special billing instructions to other staff members
- Creates, maintains and performs billings for all customer contracts. Processes paperwork for all inside sales contracts.
- Prepares and ensures accuracy of the Master Service Agreement billings.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- One year billing experience
- One year data entry experience
- Two years experience using computer systems, including MS Office.
