Contract Billing Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an ambitious Entry-Level Analyst to provide support to the financial
department by managing daily billing and contract administration tasks. You will be part of a
team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances.

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
• Implements data analytics and reviews trends to identify current status of contract
revenue (new contracts added, renewed, lost, etc.)
• Handles customer inquiries relative to invoicing, renewals, payments, etc.
• Bills customer according to the terms of submission and sets up automated payment
solutions when possible.
• Assist with other data analytics and automation efforts to improve processes and
operations
• Answers all questions and inquiries regarding contract billing as requested by the
customer, salesperson, and/or operations manager.
• Analyzes Accounts Receivable status of contracts and communicates with customers to
resolve outstanding issues in order to ensure payment will be received.
• Prepares and completes all forms that may be required to be submitted with customer
invoice to include but not limited to AIA forms, lien waivers, certified payroll, etc.
• Provides special billing instructions to other staff members
• Prepares and ensures accuracy of the Master Service Agreement billings.
• When necessary, uploads all invoices to customer payment portals

EXPERIENCE
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Customer-service oriented
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail and strong analytical acumen
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
