Job Description:

Tech Electronics is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with our executive leadership team, focusing on organization, servant leadership, strategic planning, company offsites, all-employee meetings, program management of large initiatives, and leveraging strong Office365 skills. We welcome applicants from various professional roles and backgrounds, including those who have held other roles but possess strong interpersonal, technology, and communication skills, with the ability to lead change within an organization. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who excels in organizing and streamlining operations, possesses a servant leader mindset, and has advanced skills in Microsoft Office365 tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and design software. In this role, you will be a key partner to the CEO or senior executive team, supporting their vision, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organizational Excellence:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Streamline communication channels to facilitate the flow of information within the executive office.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments from meetings.
Servant Leadership:
  • Act as a servant leader, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Foster positive working relationships across the organization.
  • Provide support to executive team members, assisting with their priorities and initiatives.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and humility.
Office365 Expertise:
  • Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Office365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and design software.
  • Create visually compelling presentations, reports, and documents.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes through Excel analysis.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure Office365 tools are optimized for efficiency.
Strategic Planning:
  • Support the executive team in strategic planning and execution of company initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Company Offsites and All-Employee Meetings:
  • Plan and coordinate company offsite events, ensuring their success and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage logistics for all-employee meetings, including content creation and presentation.
Program Management:
  • Lead program management efforts for large-scale company initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality execution of programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, or experience in other roles with demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, technology, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong servant leader mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office365 applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
