What you'll do as an Accounting Admin

  • Processes customer payments on invoices
  • Processes any credits to be issued to the customer
  • Posts daily deposit in computer to record receivable/credits
  • Processes Lien Waivers
  • Reconciles all cash sales monthly
  • Processes monthly statements to customers
  • Creates and updates expense reports and processes reimbursement forms
  • Prepares bank deposits and enters financial transactions into internal database
  • Assists in answering incoming calls from customers
  • Provides backup support for Project & Contract Billing Administrator

What you need as an Accounting Admin

  • Associate degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience
  • One-year accounts receivable or customer service experience
  • One year experience using computer systems, including MS Office.
