Provide support to assigned account teams to manage day to day activities for both the internal and external customers. Develops sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability.

 

Essential Functions

  • Obtain required information for assigned account manager in completing estimate
  • Assist with takeoffs as requested by solutions designer(s) with assigned team
  • Generate field quotes to customers for over the counter parts and/or simple proposals across the enterprise
  • Assist in Identifying Key Buying Center Contacts
  • Update customer/account management information in CRM
  • Assist in putting together sales proposals
  • Assist in assembling jobs sold to be processed; ensure all information is gathered for operations team members
  • Works with marketing to oversee sales opportunities in account manager's assigned territory; assists marketing in qualifying leads.
  • Proactively monitor/search for RFPs and or Bid specifications
  • Schedules customer meetings for account manager and/or other customer engagements including webinars, conference calls, etc.
  • Provide support for customers as a backup to account manager
  • Follow up with customer to obtain information needed from Tech team members
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees and managers to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity and continued improvement.
  • Assist in post-sale follow up items as needed

 

Education:

  • Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales, sales support, or customer service experience
